Shipping policy

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

We thank you for your order! As a small business, please allow 24-48 business hours for orders to be processed once received.  

WE ONLY PROCESS ORDERS MONDAY-FRIDAY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12PM ON FRIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING WEEK! 

SHIPPING

For all economy orders please allow 5-8 business days for delivery, standard shipping 3-4 business days, and for express shipping 1-2 business days. Express orders must be placed before 12PM date of service. We do not package orders on holidays or the weekend. 

All economy orders are shipped via USPS. 

Once a package(s) has been processed, and received by carrier we have no control over estimated ship and delivery times. Any delays experienced are also responsibility of the carrier. We cannot intervene in the instance of a delay. 

In the occurrence of Weather Delays we are unable to intervene and customers must await for items to be delivered. 

We do not process personal requests for later ship dates, or holding of merchandise  for orders already placed. Once an order is placed it will processed and shipped as necessary. Any re-routes of packages on behalf of the purchasing customer(s) are not responsibility of The Goldie Hat Co. 

Delays in production, or shipment may occur and buyers will be notified. 

PO BOX Deliveries

We do not deliver orders to PO BOXES at this time. 

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGE(S)

The Goldie Hat Co assumes no responsibility for any lost package(s) or damages that may occur in transport. Please allow time for delivery, and use tracking number provided. If necessary contact USPS or UPS/FEDEX to process any question(s) or claim(s) regarding shipping routes or delayed shipping times.

The cost of shipping and handling of a return and exchange will be the responsibility of the purchasing customer, and as such The Goldie Hat Co is not responsible for any lost package(s) or damages that may occur on return. Once paid and shipped, shipping is non-refundable.
