Refund policy
We want every Goldie Hat customer to be happy with their purchase! Please check our size guide and item descriptions before buying. Note that colors and materials may vary due to the palm and materials used for our hats by our artisans.
Inspect your item within 7 days of receiving it and email thegoldiehatco@gmail.com with any questions. All sales are FINAL upon purchase, and there are no returns! However, you can exchange full-price items within 7 business days of receiving them. The Goldie Hat Co can deny exchanges for items that appear worn or damaged.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we are not liable for lost or damaged packages during the return process. The customer cost of return, and exchange shipping is subject to market fees. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of final sale price
Orders with a discount of 30% or more are final sale, while those with a discount of 25% or less can be exchanged at the customer's expense.
Hair accessories and sale items are all final sale. Used items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
For items bought from a retail store, contact that store for assistance.
Care Instructions:
- Please note that once items are worn, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Our hats are not water permeable and should not be submerged in water. Submerging the hat in water can cause damage.
- If your hat comes into contact with water, please allow it to dry in the sun; do not use artificial heat sources.
